The collection CURB_65 is a culmination of her work so far and is purest form of artistic expression and manifesto of Anka as a designer. It showcases the wide scope of her inspirations and the whole variety of techniques she has mastered over the course of her career.
Like in her previous works the inspiration of the collection is the seamless mix of seemingly clashing contrasts, that creates a complete redefined whole and embodies her style in design.
This time mixing the western utility with the eastern avant-garde approach to design. Minimalism with complex tailoring, classical silhouettes with performance technologies. What is truly unique about Anka’s creations is the effortlessness of intertwining the opposites in garments and shoes that are harmonious and complete.
The materials used in the collection include both synthetic fabrics and natural (cashmere, wool, alpaca, cowhide as well viscose) and are another aspect reflecting her mix philosophy. This approach is as far from fast fashion as one can imagine, as each piece is a result unique and unprecedented act of creation.
